Hello, I'm a Computer Engineering student. I'm working on my thesis right now, the topic is about construction of a MMI in a CIM system.

I need help with the communication to the PLC Modicon subject. I have to build a dll that manages the communication of the PLC with the measuring instruments. Any information that you can give me, will be very useful.

I´m sending to you a manual of Modbus protocol. You can make a driver using this information, to communicate with your instruments (if they use that protocol)
Modbus is the protocol for all the plc´s made by Modicon, an is an open protocol which is used for to many equipment in the market.
