I really need information about DNP3 protocol, I need to know how it works (Information bit by bit). If you have something about it i will appreciate it.

Well you are asking a small question, but it has a big answer. The DNP users group has 4 documents availble describing the DNP protocol, and they are available at http://www.dnp.org for a modest fee. These documents describe the protocol bit by bit. There are also classes availble if you search the web. Hope that helps.
