down load program process from PC To PLC and MMI telemecanique

Dear
My englesh is bead because I'm leave in DRC where french is one of langage for people.
My question is : I need to transfert program process from PC to PLC with XTEL run with OS/2 2.1.
Please send me the procedure I can use for this problem.
My old control process use the telemecanique PLC and one HMI PCM.
