Downloading an Existing Project into a New Controller PM864

I am using ABB AC800 PM 864 controller. I want to download the same project on new controller. what's the necessary step that i can do.

1.If i have new controller with same firmware?

2.If i have new controller with different firmware?

How can i check which firmware already loaded in new controller?
