How calibration varies and what happens when low pressure tapping connected to high side of DP transmitter and vice versa, please can you explain for 0-2500 mmH2O?

My DP transmitter is of YOKUGAVA. tappings are in opposite manner. shall i modify the tappings or connect it as such in reverse manner? and then how to calibrate? please suggest.
