I am looking for a circuit to accurately control the position synchronization of two DC brush type motors which incorporate piggy-backed 10
turn potentiometers. In addition, if the position between the two becomes mismatched (by more than about 5 to 10%), the motion needs to
stop. The direction of the devices is manually controlled by a DPDT switch with limit switches on the devices once they reach full travel.
I'm guessing that a Wheatstone bridge design of some sort will be my best bet, but would appreciate help and other ideas.
