There is a problem on (DVC6010F) Positioner in our project.

The problem is that, it can't be read (connection fail) from DCS and HART communicator (using HART it is not appearing on the device live list when connected to segment).

Kindly please tell us the possible problem and how to solve.

Please consider the following data in our side:

1.) Voltage at positioner (measured in the end of spur cable) is around 21V. As we know it is enough to operate the positioner. Actually, one spare positioner (same model) placed under the same spur cable for testing, and it is working fine. Therefore, we think voltage is not a problem.

2.) Factory configured address of positioner (ex. 237 decimal) is within the range of DCS address (ex. 231 - 247 decimal)

I cannot solve all your problems but I know that the 6010 (all versions, 6010,6020,6030) will not communicate with the 275 HART. You need to use the new 375 HART to communicate with them. Once you get communication with the positioner with the 375 HART, you might be able to solve the comms to the DCS as well by looking at some comms parameters.

What is a bit of a concern is that you said you installed another positioner of the same model and it works. Could you get comms with that one? If I understood correctly and this is the case, it seems obvious that the positioner itself is faulty and that you will not be able to fix it.
