Eberle PLS511

I need a complete manual with listing of the inputs and outputs connections of the Eberle PLS511. Information on where I can find a replacement would also be helpful. The problem with the one on my machine is that it trips frequently even when the machine is idle. The Leds `00` and a few on the bottom rows `220,260,320 and 360 completely blankout in the fault condition. Suggestions for a modification to other make of PLC would be welcome. The machine is Grapha Rotary Press for computer business forms manufactured in 1987.
