Edit old ABB T200 program with modern software?

Hello PLC-gurus,

I may be facing the challenge of replacing some ABB T200 PLCs with Siemens S7s, and would like to (comfortably) read the ancient T200 programs.

What modern (Windows based) PLC programming software can one use to program a T200?
