EEMAC G8-3.1 versus ANSI

I was told that there was an identical ANSI spec to EEMAC's G8-3.1. I have the complete set of ANSI's C37 specs, and it's a huge one. In submittal requests, customers will list all applicable standards to the equipment they want to have built. If I can see that some of them are the same, I can avoid spending big bucks on another standard. Can anyone tell me which ANSI spec is identical to EEMAC's G8-3.1-1989, Switchgear assemblies?
