I am using MSDE for back end data base administration in one of my SCADA application, for irrigation canal management, and would like to integrate EIMS into my system. Will there be any compatibility issues between two as I understand MSDE is window application where as EIMS works on Macintosh? If yes then how I can overcome this issue?

What do you mean by "integrate"? What are you trying to accomplish that you are not doing now?

 

Integeration is in context of using EIMS for achieving selective email facilities on canal parameters/alerts.
