I have a elau max 4 controller and I am trying to connect for a class. I am connecting serially with a E-SS-057 MC4 PROGR PROGRAMING CABLE. I have the 24 volt dc power turned on and no 480 volts on the controller. I am using the diagnostic tool and the backup/restore tool. neither of these can connect. I turned all other ports off on my computer and chose the all ports on the tool in turn. Any one know what I am doing wrong?
