The difference is about double in consumprion of both KWh meters having rating of (3phase 4wire 50HZ 5/10A 3x63.5/110V) and (3x58/100 277/480). both meters current supply is by 3CTs 800/5 and voltage supply is by 3PTs 11KV/110V. 1st meter is master and its multiplying factor is (800/5)x(11000/110)=16000 and 2nd is backup meter multiplying factor is 1. We are unable sort out why is coming difference of KWH in both meters in a month consumption while load is same for both. CTs and PTs are common for both meters. Can anybody help to clarify.
