I am a student in electronics engineering. I have started to search for information about electrical structure of PLC, how it is built, from what components and how it is designed; but I couldn't find any useful information.
Can you tell me something useful.
with big thanks.

Ask information by a local dealer of PLC for examples brances like:
- Rockwell (Allen Bradley)
- Siemens
- Omron (free documentation in The Netherlands)

Good luck, Sisko Bos

This is quite an expensive book but it contains a chapter (by yours truly) on how a PLC works. Its a bit simplistic and not quite a comprehensive electrical structure but it might be useful to you. You might be able to find this book in a library. The article is also published in several of the handbooks published by Doug and/or Glenn
Considine.
