Can anyone suggest me Taiwan make energy meters with pulse output,integration facility,rs 485 port with modbus protocol

I don't know about Taiwan, but you can get those types of meter from Electro Industries, 516-334-0870 (Westbury NY, USA). They ship all over the world.
