Error code F011 of Allen Bradley PLC5

I am trying to do communication between Allen Bradley PLC5 and HMI. It does not work. PLC5 sends an error code "F011". A manual of PLC5 says that the error code F011 is "not used". Does anyone have any ideas about this?

Can you be more specific about the type of HMI, port on PLC5, and what comm protocol are you trying to use?
