We have utterly exhausted all normal avenues of inquiry such as Thomas' Register of Manufacturers. Surely somewhere the subject items are being manufactured and sold.

Try contacting with http://www.ycv.com They can maybe help. Looking at their site, it seems as tho' they just sell control valves. Their parent company has a large complement of control components as well. Limit switches etc. Send a request using the online feedback form.
