Ethernet connection to ControlLogix with vHMI

I am unsuccessfully attempting to connect to a Logix5555 (slot 0) through a 1756 ENBT/A card (slot 5) using vHMIABE control. When I try to connect I get a socket error (10061). Does anyone have an example for configuring the ActiveX control.
