DEAR ALL ,
our HMI has problem when we replacing IC697CMM742
PLC: ALSTOM C80-75(GE90-70)
HMI: P1200NT(SV32)
NETWORK: ALSPA S8000-E
PLC PROGRAMMER : ALSPA P80
I installed new cmm742 on main rack ,then I start plc. HMI could not communicate.I load firmware 2.9version by winloader. winloader load 2.9 successfully.then I removed IC690ACC901 cable between laptop and IC697CMM742 module.
I connected IC693CB316 cable to laptop serial port and RJ11 connector STATION MGR located on IC697cmm742 module. now I change two parameter in these command :chparm wsend_buf 8192 & chparm lgrpmsk1 AB0000040000.
then I removed all connection and power off plc after connect ethernet cable to aui port power on plc. all leds status on cmm742 was in normal status but yet HMI could not communicate with plc in spite of pc that had OUR HMI could ping with cmm correctly. Maybe it is useful that you know the firmware of other our modules is 2.6version and they are working correctly. but i can’t find 2. version.
i test 2.84 version and winloader give us successfully message. but any thing did not change. and when we load 2.83 & 2.2.0 version winloader give this error: "bad request data". now what can i do? do i do any thing on side off s8000-e or loader? i mean is there any command that i should run to recognizing module to my network ?
