The unit has been down due to starting means for a long period. When we succeeded in running to FSNL we could not increase the generator voltage to 11.5kv. The generator voltage could not go beyond 10.2kv.

Please I need help.

 

Check for any diagnostic alarms on HMI. You can then cross reference the error codes with the manual.

BTW why you like to changeover to manual FVR?

IF your EX2k is warm backup, try to switch to M2 CTRL and try to increase the FV from the HMI.
