In case of 7FA GT I want to know bleed valves limit switches are explosion proof? I understand that bleed valves are located outside enclosure then it should be okay to use non explosion proof as it will not be in class I area.

Any comment and advise, please.

I do not think you can assume that just because the compressor bleed valves are located outside the turbine package that they are not in an explosive environment. You would need to reference GE or site documentation to identify the different hazard class zones around the turbine.

Most switches around the turbine compartment, gas valve-lube/hydraulic oil compartments including the roof areas, and around the generator are all subject to explosive atmospheres.

My suggestion is to stick with the original design switches.
