I would like to export a logic diagram - rung - from toolbox in a excel sheet or an Access file.

The goal of my work is to have all the signals and the related conditions in a table that I can exploit.

Is it possible to do that?

Have you looked in the Toolbox 'Help' function?

Have you clicked on the File Menu selection to see if there's an Import or Export function?

I doubt very much that there is such a capability built into Toolbox. There is a Print function, but that's probably not what you want (too much work to copy-and-paste rungs into the applications).

There is a Report function that you can use to build reports of signals and I/O that can be exported to .csv files and then imported into Excel and probably Access. I think it's under View|Reports, then File|Export....
