I have FactoryLink 8.0 HMI up and running and all active alarms are showing on the Factorylink HMI alarm viewer. However, once all alarms are acknowledged, any alarms generated later on do not show up on the HMI. The alarm tags are active, but are not shown on the alarm viewer. The only way to get the alarms to show up are to stop the alarm server and start it again. Has anyone else had this issue? or have an example .mps you can email me? I have looked at the example HMI provided with Factorylink, and mine is set the same way.
