Fail 1NSEM01 SOE card in DCIS INFI 90

We have a control system DCIS Infi90 ABB. There are 18 HCUs (Harmony control units). 1 HCU has a card fail (1NSEM01). It's part of the SOE (sequence of events) its card has an alarm (red LED is on). I try to change the card but red LED is blinking.

I need know how to change the card.
