can anybody suggest a 4-20mA transmitter for strain-gauge sensor, with response time 1ms or below?

The load cell is used to monitor the force applied by a hydraulic cylinder; the 4-20mA signal is acquired by a system sampling at 1KHz.

I have succesfully used an APCS unit which converts the millivolt signal to a 4-20ma signal, it has fully adjustable zero and spans and it uses a four wire loadcell. Different supply voltages are available.

High sampling of load cell signal doesn't help you to perform fast response torque measurement - load cell with conditioner have bandwidth lower than 10Hz.
