I need some engineering standards for procurements and installation of Field Instruments in Petrochemical Plant like control valve, power cylinder, safety valve, Level Troll, Level switch, solenoid valve, Dp transmitter and Pr Transmitter etc, Flow meter etc. Where I get this. With details specification sheets.

But, I would suggest you to look after Instrumentation Scope and Specs in some uploaded e-tenders of various Oil & Gas/ Chemical companies.
