Dear Friends,

I need to define the instrumentation type that I will use in the section of griding of pelletizing of ore iron plant. This section is very aggressive (dirt, dust, vibration and other). Which is the best option?
Fieldbus or 4 to 20 mA ?

I dont think dirt dust and vibrations are anything
really affecting the choice fieldbus vs 4-20mA.
Things to consider:
- Amount of cable
- Electrical noice levels (you may benefit by
using fibres)
- Diagnostic possibilities
