Flange Adaptor and Isolation for Press Transmitter

Dear All,

Please anyone can help to provide integrated solution for Mismatching flange between tank nozzle and pressure transmitter. The tank nozzle is 2" CS, flange transmitter is coplanar (standard). If we want to add isolation valve in between, is it possible to use integrated manifold?
