We are looking for flat panel monitors of 19"/20"/21" size which give bright colour displays with greater than 80 deg viewing angles and take up minimum panel space. Any suggestions?

 

I'd look at Christensen Display products.
They make all kinds of displays and i know they have 20". Not sure about your specs.
