Float voltage with NDC CPU

We are using the NDC CPU with our Automatic Guide vehicles which operate on 48 V battery supply, the problem is we also have Servo drives operating on the same panel as the vehicle is moving constantly we cannot ground the panel, this causes disturbance in the NDC CPU, does any solution exist for this kind of moving vehicles, we discharge the ground now seperatly on the floor but is not enough, any suggestions please
