Flow compensation used for the liquid VCM line is
=flow(kg/hr)*sqrt(Ref temp in deg K/actual temp in deg K).
I want to validate the same.

This is very strange. In case of measurement in mass units, and the method is measurement of mass (coriolis force flow meter) there is no need of compensation. In your formula the result unit is also mass ????.

For liquids the temperature and pressure compensation is used when measuring a volume quantity (flow rate). Oil products ( gasoline, diesel, jet etc) formula are included in API/ISO apropriate standards.

For VCM you have to find the formula for calculating the volume at ref. temperature and pressure based on the volume at live temperature and pressure.
