in our plant there is a chlorine tank and one pressure gauge is install there. and i want to measure flow of chlorine, because we need to measure how much quantity being use. so i want to measure flow by simple pressure gauge without use of DP.

Flow is directly proportional to square root of DP. It is not possible to measure flow with pressure gauge.

 

Please install additional 3 pressure gauge. get a difference between reading average the difference & use it as Average DP, which is directly proportional to flow, using Bernoulli's theory & also calculate the K factor.
