Force Coil (5) function using Modbus+

I am using the Concept 2.2 IEC programming software and a Quantum PLC. I cannot re-map the data in the receiving device from a 4x register. Does anyone know if the force single coil function (Modbus code 5) is available using Modbus+ and what function in Concept allows you to use it?
