Formula for steam flow in venturi tube

Can you plz give me exact formula to calculate steam flow in a venturi tube Fluidic FTI?
d/D=0.67553, nominal flow 180 t/h, temp. 525 deg C , pressure 80 bar.

Is there a block in Siemens PCS7 to calculate steam flow using a venturi tube?
