All I need is to receive the formulas that has to be used in order to be able to calculate which brushless motors do I need to move some mass in some time.

I'm an IT developer (a programmer) and in the entreprise where I work they want me to calculate the motors too, and I have no idea to do it. I only would like to receive those formulas.

The formulas you are looking for are not proprietary. You need to calculate the inertia of the mass you are trying to move and then use that result to determine the force required to move the mass. Any good Physics book will have your formulas. However, I would do a search on "Servo Motor Sizing". I think you will find what you need there.
