Are there any available (ready made) OPC client for Freelance 2000 OPC Server?

Currently I am integrating a Freelance system to Yokogawa DCS, and I plan to access the process data of Freelance via OPC.. should I develop a VB program (OPC client) if there's none yet? can anybody help me?... thanks
