FTP from PC to Telemecanique Premium PLC

We are currently conducting a feasibility study of FTPing a file from a PC to a Premium PLC (Telemecanique ) during runtime. The main purpose of the file transfer is to deliver a recipe file (about 1 kbyte) to a PLC, and in turn, the PLC will read it and excute a program accoding to the recipe. The ethernet module we are going to use is TSX ETY110. I would appreciate any helpful comments and feedbacks.
