Is there any restriction of GT load for fuel change over from Gas fuel to Liquid fuel for GE frame 9e equipped with DLN 1.0 combustion system. Because the machine on full load runs on premix mode, do we have to reduce the load down from base for diffusion mode(lean lean mode)and then transfer the fuel or there is no any restriction.

Is there any chance of flame out if transfer from gas to liquid at premix mode.
