Mark/Ken,
A useful and interesting list. Do me the honor of adding our page to
that list (http://www.ergotech.com). We have Java solutions, including
GUI and drivers. They run on any platform including Windows and Linux.
I'm supposed to be platform neutral too, but it still bugs me when I have to reboot my notebook from Linux to Win98 (and then reboot again
a little later, and again, and again).
