We are currently emulating 450 MW Gas turbine control logic in our software; the emulation approach is as below:
(1) Creating exact replica of Turbine control- DCS blocks using own algorithms for replica of custom blocks
(2) Open loops emulation with the help of standard DCS blocks
(3) Eliminating test and maintenance or fire signals.
We have received logic/control sheets of actual DCS system from vendor. For Operator training simulation purpose we are building TCS control model in our own system. Since the volume of logic/control sheets is big, I need suggestion or help for testing the logic during implementation phase.
