GE Fanuc 90-30 PLC and Alstom Micom Relay comms

I want to collect values like current, voltage, frequency, etc. which are coming from Alstom Micom P225 Relay via communication to my GE Fanuc 90-30 PLC, which has a PCM co-processor to communicate with a third party device. How can I do it?
