I am using a dual redundant 9070, in which I would
like to write a standlone c block to handle data
transfer between the two PLC's via a type two
Ethernet card.

Are you using the IC697CGR### or IC697CPX###. If you are using the CGRs with the BTM and RCM, the data transfer is a simple configuration setup. If you have a CPX and you are trying to "code-
in" the redundancy - that is another matter. I can get you some basic info on how to set-up, how the data transfer works, etc. Feel free to contact me directly if you like.
