1. Considering two axis model for generator, should there be any value for load angle and imaginary part of voltage during start up/no load?

If the answer is no, which I think should be, then we say that for synchronisation the voltage angle should be same. But then it will always be zero, so if I want to synchronise with grid, then how to make voltage angle the same?

2. Should speed changes effect voltage?

As far as I know it should not, but according to the model I am using to simulate generator (in which I have taken inlets as mechanical power and excitation current) my voltage equations are as follows:

dEq'/dt=[-Eq'+(xd-xd')id+if*m*w]/td0

dEd'/dt=[-Ed'-(xq-xq')iq]/tq0

So according to them as in equation for eq, w term is involved, so my voltage also is varying with speed. Do tell me whether it is right or wrong.
