I am interested to transmit my real time generation data to state load dispatch center through gprs. Please let me know the delay time and the cost of the system along with reliability.

 

In general, the delay time through GPRS network is about 3-5 seconds, but it is related to real GSM network and your data volume. If big, you can choose 3G network device.
