Is there anybody who knows how can I cut graphics or print screen into a graphics file on OpenVMS based system? Any suggestion will be highly
appreciated.

it should be no problem at all from DEC Windows/Motif.

Its highly unorthodox, but there is a version of
X-windows standard available with Open VMS.
You could try it in here.
