WE have more than 100 AB drives which we are using for agitation and pump speed variation purposes alone, but recently many of these failed with ground fault.

Can anyone give me your valuable suggestion why do these happen and how to overcome these. and what are the basic precautions to be taken for this.

Is the drive simply declaring a ground fault and then recovers? Or does the drive actually fail and is no longer usable? Or is the motor actually developing a ground fault?

More information would be useful.
