our machine is working fine on fuel gas when we try on fuel oil it trips in step-15, which is GT speed must be greater than 15-HZ. this means machine speed must be 900-RPM, but in this step speed of machine 600-RPM or 650-RPM and machine trips on alarm flame failure. we have checked the fuel injection system, Fuel oil valve and other related system looking fine.

plz help how to resolve and what could be the root cause.

Are you using Teleperm-ME and Simadyn-D Control system?
Are you going for cold start FO?
Are you using Transfer Valve in Combustion Chamber.
Are you using Propane for FO Cold start?

we are using infi-90 by bailey control wile we tried the machine startup in cold condition

yes we have transfer valve in combustion chamber and i have tried both propane as well as gas for ignition purpose.
