Above mentioned gas turbine was running in FGMO full load setpoint (360MW) but got tripped and following event sequences occurred:
1. IGV position reduce 2% (99-97)
2. Compressor outlet Pressure dropped.
3. Combustion Chamber DP dropped.
4. Surge protection Trip
5. Compressor inlet Plenum door burst out by breaking the locks (Picture Attached)
Though all other data like filter DP, compressor fouling is within normal range.
Why compressor outlet pressure dropped suddenly? Can anyone explain it?
