We need to create an RP570 master. The RP570 is used by ABB to communicate with protection relays in medium voltages substations. We would like get knowledge about this PLC program.
RP570 is a ABB proprietary protocol, and i am not sure you would be able to implement the same using a PLC ladder. You might require a programmable co-processor module which could be programmed with the RP570 Master protocol and you would need a high level language to do the protocol programming.
