Can anyone recommend a vendor or system for plant wide communication with ability to sound an alarm for a combine cycle power plant.

Honeywell's XYR 6000 One Wireless is an industrial wireless system designed for plant wide implementation.

But it does not, by itself, do alarming. With its triple radio (field instrument, WiFi, and mesh) networks, it can carry a wide variety of data.
